Reports suggest that Apple will be the first one to launch 5G-enabled Macs, Apple MacBook 5G in the second half of 2020. And the tech giant is reportedly using a ceramic antenna board in their upcoming MacBooks to ensure fast 5G connectivity.
However, the cost of these antenna boards is sixfold than the previously used metal antennas. But, they provide approximately twice transmission and reception efficiency, which makes the connectivity fastest.

Apart from 5G, Apple is also reportedly working on its ARM MacBooks. According to sources, these MacBooks will come with A-series chips instead of the old Intel Silicon.
And, now the question arises that will the Apple MacBook 5G also come with ARM? However, it’s not clear yet. But, we can expect such models to come because ARM chips, too provide a better transmission and connectivity. Thus, they go hand in hand with 5G.

Apple has already announced that their next year’s iPhones will have 5G connectivity. Apple is supposed to launch three such variants next year. And, these will be available in three different sizes too.
Latest buzz also says that iPhones might also go notch-less by 2020. So, Apple is going to bring many new features in its devices by the next year.
Some reports also say that by 2022 or 2023, Apple will also reduce its dependence from Qualcomm by developing its 5G modems. However, Apple has not made any confirmations yet.
