Apple launched the MacBook Pro 2019 with touch bar and an immersive amount of upgrades in India. The new MacBook Pro is faster in its processing speed and updated Butterfly keyboard.
It delivers two times more performance than the existing quad-core models along with 40 per cent extra power with hexa-core models. In addition, by rectifying the problem caused by the keyboard which users claimed has been upgraded to its 2019 MacBook Pro.
Apple MacBook Pro 2019 features
The 2019 Apple MacBook Pro is 15 inch with Intel’s ninth generation processor. It is powered by i9 octa-core processor with a clock speed of 2.9GHz and turbo speed of 4.8 GHz.
Moreover, the MacBook Pro models are designed to get a base model which is powered by i7 hexa-core processors. The processor has a clock speed of 2.6 GHz along with a turbo speed of 4.5 GHz.
Both the variant is different for its storage. The 13 inches model is backed up by 256 GB while the top model comes with 512 GB of SSD. In addition, the two variant is having the same RAM of 16 GB.
Now, to make a difference from the last years MacBook Pro, they too carried more powerful specification. The last years 15 inches Pro carried an eighth-generation i9 and i7 hexa-core with a powered clock speed of 2.9 GHz. Therefore, the new models are significantly upgraded from the last year.
Price and new variants
There is also a significant change in the new 13 inches MacBook Pro with an added Touch Bar. The base variant carries i5 quad-core processor of the 8th generation with a clock speed of 2.4 GHz and a turbo speed of 4.1 GHz.
However, in terms of price with respect to last year’s models, the recent price has been dropped by 10,000 and 25,000 respectively. Therefore, from Apple’s retailer, the prices start at 1, 59,000 for 13 inches with the touch bar. And the 15 inches Pro with adequate upgrades will be available for 1, 99,000 INR.
However, there are similarities which co-relate with the existing models. The 2019 models continue with retina display and true tone which delivers extreme peak brightness. The new Apple’s T2 chip delivers the fingerprint or Touch ID along with the Siri still remains the same.
