Attack on Titan: Season 4 plot, production, leaks and more ...

After the ending of the third installment in the favorite fan Attack on Titan, fans are speculating what would happen in Attack on Titan season 4.

The third season was announced just after the end of the second season. However, after airing 12 episodes, season 3 came to a halt. Remaining episodes were later aired this year and season 3 ended by 1st July 2019.

Just after the ending, the series was renewed for season 4. Attack on Titan Season 4 is scheduled for a 2020 release, and this information was shared on NHK general.

Mostly, the 4th season will be the final season in the franchise. However, rumors are going around the corner that WIT studio has decided that they will no longer indulge in the production of Attack on Titan season 4. However, there is no official confirmation yet.

Yonkou Productions acted as a source for these rumors. They officially confirmed that WIT production would no longer work on the Anime. However, there were no specified reasons for Yonkou to do so, and still, WIT is mum on the matter.

Fans speculate that the reason for WIT to drop the idea is because of the recent Anime ‘Vinland Saga’. The fan reaction as to change of production house from season 1 to season 2 is keeping Kodansha Publishing very selective on production house. It is speculated that Production I.G could be used for that matter.

As the release date is fixed for Fall of 2020, fans may have to longer than they think for season 4. As it is the finale of the series, it is evident that producing it is no Joke. The series has been around since 2013 and has been a fan favorite since then.
