Will There Be A Part Two For Attack on Titan Final Season?
Although there is no official confirmation, talks are that there is going to be a part 2. The makers announced “Final season”, but with the pace of the current episodes they’ll need at least 10+ chapters to cover everything. That too, considering the manga ends around March-April. So unless they intend to never finish the anime, there’ll definitely be a part 2.

The final season’s part 1 will contain 16 episodes. However, there is no news on how many episodes part 2 will comprise of. Meanwhile, manga artist Hajime Isayama confirmed that the May 2021 Issue (Publishing on April 9th) will contain the final chapter. He also said–
“It’s been a very long time coming, but I hope you’ll stick with me until the end. The editorial team never rushed me to finish the series, but I’ve been continually asked, ‘when will it end?’ Thank you for waiting for me. I will do my best until the last page, so you will feel satisfied with what you’ve read.”
Bessatsu Shonen February 2021 Issue Cover Was Released
Seeing some parts of this cover, fans are convinced that Eren will be killed by Gabi. But can Eren even be killed? He got decapitated once and 2 seconds later got the full power of the Founding Titan which saved him. Hence, there is no guarantee that blowing up his brain isn’t reversible now that he can do that whenever he wants.
The whole point of Attack on Titan is that nobody is just good or evil. Everyone is just trying to survive the cruelty of this world. The cruelty that we are different and that these differences will ultimately always result in conflict.
