The story follows Gut and Griffith, Gut is a lone mercenary and Griffith is the leader of a band of mercenaries called “Band of the Hawk”. Moreover, both the Anime and Manga have high graphic violence and sexual content. The manga’s tone is a mix of a bit lone, fantasy, isolation and the question of good and evil.

Berserk always ran on Young Animal, it started in the year 1992 and is running since then. It was also adapted in an Anime and later in a film. There were a number of films based on it, some are Berserk: Golden Age Arc I – The Egg of the King, Berserk: Golden Age Arc II – The Battle for Doldrey and Golden Age Arc III – The Advent. Moreover, two video games were also released on the same.

The first video game was called Sword of the Berserk: Guts’ Rage and the second one Berserk: Millennium Falcon Hen Seima Senki no Shō. However, these games were not that famous worldwide.

However, the viewership of Berserk is also very low compared to other manga’s like Full Metal Alchemist, Seven Deadly Sins and One Piece. Still, it is a pretty amazing story with lots of hardcore fans that have helped to keep the series running.
