Borderlands 3 box art is a class apart. But it seems that it has followed the pattern of previous instalments. Borderlands 3 developers have a gallery at the San Diego Comic-Con called as the Museum of Mayhem. It is a place specially designated to showcase the rejected cover arts of the game.
Well, developer Gearbox has tried well to keep the theme of the game alive but gave a boost to the concept.
Borderlands 3 Museum of Mayhem
Some of the cover arts are actually quite good and are present on the Resetera forum poster. The highlights are actually worth looking. The cover arts are way too good that you cannot easily separate them on criteria.

The problem that Gearbox has set for themselves is having fingerguns psycho shooting with one hand on the front for the first part and with two hands-on second one.
Cover arts creating buzz
The remaining of the arts are quite well also, especially the one with a dark black background figure on a white background. The art with the gun for the head was also a great one. The breastfeeding image was not selected as the cover as the reasons were obvious. As it could have been offending for others.
Borderlands being the amazing game that it is, it’s cover art is something which everyone was looking at. The cover art has certainly not disappointed those who were eagerly waiting for its release.
Borderlands 3 is scheduled to be released on September 13 this year for almost all the platforms available. Eventually, Xbox, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4 are platforms.
