Plot Details

Taiju is about to confess to Yuzuriha. He loves her for five years and also tells his best friend Senku about the same. Senku is a science enthusiast. Taiju meets Yuzuriha in schooling grounds; however, as luck is not by their side, a bright light appears out of nowhere. This bright light turns all humans into stone. In an unsuccessful attempt to save her, Taiju pushes her to the nearby tree. Still, all of them turn to stone.

While all of the civilization decay and most humans losing consciousness, Taiju retains his will to live and save the girl he loves. Eventually, Taiju breaks free only to find out that Yuzuriha is still stoned. However, he finds out that Senku is also alive and finds that the year is 5738.

Now Taiju and Senku team up to rebuild the civilization. The further story is based on their interaction with various substances and the problems they face while trying to break free the people who were stoned.
