According to Epic Games PR team, the reason for having such an issue is due to the store’s strong fraud rules. However, people who try to buy a larger amount of games may tend to fall into the same case. Further, they need to contact the customer service to get the things clear out. The team also claims, Epic’s competitor Steam doesn’t have such rules or restriction for their site.

The store is high profile and has glitches
Moreover, this isn’t the first time, the site has gone through such hampers. A week ago, exclusive Borderlands 3 went live for preorders along with discount unintentionally. However, the game is temporarily removed from the preorder section.
Though, the store went through several glitches and stumbles, the amount of popularity it has gained is immense. The store got the biggest exclusivity for high profile games like Borderlands 3 and Metro Exodus. In addition, the store also acquired exclusivity for Rocket league which lets the store to push towards better publishers.
However, in the long run, people shouldn’t be worried about such glitches or bugs. The store is moving forward to making the user interface more comfortable. For now, gamers need to look into what actually they pick up and with a little safe handed.
