Ramsay openly spoke about the drawbacks that a restricted society brings to him. He said that he obviously cannot place roast guinea pig on his menu in US. However, he wants to tell the world what they are missing out by staying oblivious.
Gordon even revived some of the dishes that he loved above all others in the Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted. One of them being the one he prepared when he was in Morocco, exploring their vast flavor culture.
