San Diego Comic-Con 2019 has been attracting fans all over the world with its astonishing reveals. The directors of the legendary movie ‘Avengers: Endgame’: Russo Brothers are back with a superhero-fantasy focused series.

Directors Anthony and Joe Russo revealed the title of the animated series for Netflix titled Magic: The Gathering. This animated series will focus on characters from ‘Wizards of the Coasts’. Further,  the main focus of the series will be on ‘Jace’ and ‘Chandra’.

Chandra Nalaar and Jace Beleren as very popular characters from Wizards of the Coasts. Moreover, They both are magical characters with totally different powers. Chandra Nalaar’s main power lies in her ‘Flame-control’ abilities. Whereas, Jace Beleren is the master of ‘Mental-Magic’.

Jeremy Jarvis who is the main creative director behind the animated series, Magic: The Gathering confirmed that there are a lot of options to choose from. This is true, as the franchise is approximately 26 y/o. Russo Brothers teased fans by commenting,

“If you love Jace and Chandra, Be excited”

However, the series is a long way. Russo Brothers revealed in SDCC that they currently will be working on two projects. One project is based on ‘live-action-adaptation’ of the 1980s cartoon named ‘Battle of the Planets’. This cartoon was loosely based on Power Rangers and had a ‘G-Force’ who went up against ‘Zoltar’.

The second project is based on Magic, Aliens, Soldiers and Humans it is an animated series based on GrimJack comic series.

Russo Brothers shot to fame with Avengers Infinity War. Marvel played a major role in their success. Russo Brothers also directed the film ‘You, Me and Dupree’ however it was not recognized much by the audience. With ‘Avengers: Endgame and Infinity War’ Joe and Anthony have established themselves as Legends in Hollywood.

Moreover, With Marvel dropping back to back solid featurettes it is no doubt that SDCC 2019 belonged in Warner Bros and Marvel.
