Recently, ABC announced that the Emmy-Award winning series Modern Family will also have a Season 11 and that it will be the finale season of the series. But it seems there can be a possible spin off and it is also likely that the Modern Family might continue even after season 11.
Sarah Hyland, who plays Haley Dunphy recently shared how the future character of Haley can shape up. We know that Haley Dunphy is currently pregnant with twins.
Sarah Hyland said,
I think it would be brilliant if Haley turns into her mom as a parent”.
This would make for a seamless transition of Modern Family into the future. Claire has always found her reflections of wilderness in her first borne Haley Dunphy. But as Claire grew up, she became a very competitive woman who wants everything in a perfectly organised manner.
She is also a very responsible mother, taking tougher decisions for her children, as against her husband who is more fun-loving and chilled out. So, if Sarah’s insight is to materialize, it would be so much fun to see how Haley transforms into her mother.
Sarah and her undying love for Modern Family Cast and Crew:
Sarah has been a part of Modern Family since 2009, and has spend almost a decade with the team. She has repeatedly shared about how the cast and crew of Modern Family helped her with her health problems. Hyland was born with kidney dysplasia and has gone through two kidney transplants.
Sarah was very emotional whilst shooting for the tenth season. She said, “We are in our tenth season and I have grown up with them. We are so used to each other that they can tell when I’m unwell. They have been amazing and very helpful to me.”
It is overwhelming to learn about the kind of support that Sarah has received from the series cast and crew. And though season ten was suppose to be the final season, but now it has been confirmed that there will be a season 11, and may be more.
What to expect in Season 11
Fans should expect a lot of twists and a lot more comedy in the coming season.
“Chris and Steve have created one of the most seminal and iconic comedies in television history,” said Karey Burke, president, ABC Entertainment. “In its final season, there will be more milestone events that anyone who has been a fan of the series won’t want to miss.”
“Even after 10 years together, we realized there are still some things our writers don’t yet know about each other’s sex lives,” said executive producer Steve Levitan.
Modern Family remains one of the most awarded comedy series on television, including five-time Emmy winner and Golden Globe. We hope that Sarah’s hints materialize and we get to see more of Modern Family.
