Golden State Warriors can’t seem to shake off the fact that they lost the NBA finals to the Toronto Raptors, which has never played any finals before. Warriors somehow managed to form a 3-1 to 3-2, thinking they can even the score. But Raptors didn’t gave them any chance and won the NBA 2018-19 season with a 4-2 lead in the sixth game.


One of the major reason for the loss is said to be Kevin Durant’s injury. The star player of Warriors was retired hurt in the fifth match and has undergone surgery. Amidst all this, Golden State Warriors shared a new update logo to divert everyone’ attention. But people were quick enough to respond as there is not much difference.

Golden State Warriors shared their new updated logo on Twitter on June 13 this last Thursday after the finals. They shared a tweet with the photo of the new logo and the changes from the old one. As per it, the fonts have been made the custom and the Bay Bridge is shown to be more accurate now.

It is expected that the new logo will be in effect from the next season. As per the reports, Golden State Warriors have changed their logo to depict their move from Oakland to San Francisco in the NBA 2019-20 season.

Fan reactions on the Reveal

Most of the Warriors fans have a mixed reaction on the new logo change, some are liking it and others can’t find the difference. The local support audience seems to be happy as the new logo depicts an accurate bridge. While the majority of fans are mocking Golden State Warriors as both the logo looks almost the same.
