Moreover, it is affecting multiple functions which also includes account management, the PlayStation Store, and more. Even Sony tweeted on their official account about the logging issues. PlayStation Network also posted a notice, stating about the problem.

1. Check Your Internet Connection
Check whether you can connect to the internet from your location by using your personal computer. If you are unable to connect with the same network, then contact your Internet Service Provider for additional help for your internet connection.

2. Wireless Specific Troubleshooting
Check whether you can connect to your wireless network with the help of your WPA or WEP security password. If you don’t know how to access your wireless modem, then you will have to contact the manufacturer of the wireless modem directly.

3. Power Cycle Router
Unplug your PlayStation router and console from your power strip or room wall for 2 minutes. Then, plug it back again and power on your router to see if you are able to connect with the internet.
4. Internet is connected, but unable to connect with PlayStation Game Servers
