Magasiva aka the Red Wind Power Ranger has died at the age of 38. The news comes as a shock to world.
Red Wind Power Ranger dies at 38
Pua Magasiva died early on Saturday morning in Wellington, New Zealand.
The cause of his death remains unknown. Neither the police nor his spokesperson has issued any statement on cause of death.
They call it a ‘sudden death’ since no specific evidences of suicide or murder are found on site. His New Zealand based production company confirmed his ‘sudden death’ on Sunday morning.
Who was Pua Magasiva?
The New Zealand based actor was famous for his role as Vinnie Kruse in daily soap opera, Shortland Street. The show was recorded to be one of New Zealand’s longest-running soap.
He starred in the soap for more than 450 episodes. The show ran for a span of 7 long years. Further, the actor went on to play Red Wind Ranger, Clarke in Power Rangers and its franchise.
Magasiva was the first actor to take up the role of Samoan Red Ranger and did justice with the role. Besides, he also starred in Outrageous Fortune. The actor recently took up hosting radio shows but left the job after a DUI.
The Aftermath of His Death
He left a million of fans shocked and sad by his sudden death.
He died in the Central Business district in Wellington.
“We are all absolutely devastated at the tragic news regarding Pua Magasiva,” Shortland Street Production Company,wrote on social media. His brother Robbie, flew to Wellington after knowing about the tragic death of his brother.
He has a 7-year-old daughter from his previous relationship. Pua married Lizz Saddler a year ago.
The couple had just celebrated their first wedding anniversary and seem pretty much into each other.
The social media handles are full of messages and tributes for Magasiva.
Pua was just 38. RIP.
