Before the release of Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, people are already commenting about Sharon Tate scenes at Cannes. It is the reason why Tarantino is annoyed by the reaction of the screen time of Margot Robbie.
Quentin Tarantino tweaked Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
People were already told that Quentin Tarantino might change a few scenes of the film after displaying it at the Cannes film festival. Hence, our prediction was very true. Tarantino had filmed a couple of scenes while shooting which were lost at Cannes.
However, he stated that he was happy with the scenes in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. Furthermore, he stated that he has added a 2-minute clip which was trimmed at the event. He also said that Tina Anderson who is his post-production supervisor trimmed two more scenes.
Later on, he put back a scene where Sharon Tate picks up a hitchhiker. Also, he added another scene where James Stacy speaks with Rick.

Tarantino was not happy with the screen time of Margot Robbie in the Cannes edit. He later added that the edits in the film helped complete the character as a person.
Additionally, he stated that she is a person who has been outlined by her death. Moreover, he never wanted to create a Sharon Tate story, instead, he wanted the audience to know who she was.
