SteelSeries has made an announcement about two new mechanical keyboards at Computex. The two mechanical keyboards, Apex Pro TKL and the Apex Pro will be featuring the OmniPoint, Adjustable Actuation Switches.

SteelSeries announces two new keyboards
The switches are not any traditional mechanical switches. The keyboards Apex Pro and Apex ProTKL have magnetic sensors. These magnetic sensors allow the user to pull the actuation distance according to the application.
This distance can be adjusted of 3.6mm to 0.4mm. This effectively lets the user use the keyboard for doing typing as well as playing the games.

The company has also announced Apex 7 and Apex 7 TKL
Apart from this, the two new keyboard models Apex Pro TKL and Apex Pro will also be featuring an OLED screen. This provides a number of features. Like the users can now switch between the locally stored profiles, with differing activation distances.
We're not just changing the game, we're re-inventing it✊
