Moreover, Bahati was just one year old when she was featured as little Simba in the original Disney classic’s remake, The Lion King. The Dallas Zoo also shared some of her moments with Disney while shooting for the film.

The Lion King remake arrived in theatres on July 17, 2019. Did you know Simba has got some of the moves from our Bahati? If you have seen the movie, then you might have recognized her in seconds. Bahati is a lioness cub who belongs to the Dallas Zoo in Texas, United States.
When she was just 1 month old, the Dallas Zoo gave a video to Disney which recorded all her cute moments. The film’s animation team used her videos for behavior and motion reference while creating the character of Simba in The Lion King.
From licking milk droplets off her face to walking on her wobbly legs, the Dallas Zoo captured all of her every moment. The Zoo also added a post on their official Facebook handle for the fans to go and watch the film in theaters.
