No one is unaware of the fact that Disney is making Lion King live-action remake. Well, it’s just a matter of a few weeks and the remake will hit the theatres. However, the long wait is cut short because of Disney’s release of the Hakuna Matata trailer.

Disney allowed its fans to a sneak peek into the movie with the help of the iconic Hakuna Matata scene. Hakuna Matata won the hearts of all its listeners and became a memorable tune in 1994. The song featured meerkat, warthog duo, Timon and Pumbaa as they all sang the lyrics together. Telling people to live a carefree and worry-free life.

The ever-hit music was written by Sir Elton John. While the lyrics of the song was provided by Tim Rice. The new version of the song features the voice of Billy Eichner as Timon. While Seth Rogen’s voice is used for the character Pumbaa.

In the behind the scenes video the stars could be witnessed recording the song in the studio. Even though the son is speculated to be almost the same addition of new lyrics might be there. The original soundtrack of Hakuna Matata got nominated in the Academy Awards for the Best Original Song in the year 1995.

Let’s see if this improvised and polished version can break some of those records!!

What the trailer holds for us??

The teaser released by Disney also shows the scene in which the show will take the stage. Well, to be honest, the live-action film resembles a Planet Earth Documentary. As animation has been dragged up to another level the experience of watching it is escalated as well.

The Lion King is scheduled to release on 19th July 2019. The live-action remake will come out on the day of the 25th anniversary of the film. So wait for a few more days’ fellow mates. For thy patience shall be rewarded as the film takes the stage.
